As part of my validation process I have been keen to talk to 360°/VR practitioners to hear how they approach creativity and technology with the format. I'm particularly interested to hear from those who have experience trying to teach newcomers, what they find is most important to convey and instill in others making content.
Alex is 360° Filmmaker and Producer who also runs workshops for newcomers including recently the VR Diversity Initiative
Joseph Popper is a filmmaker and has also run a workshop in 360° and VR storytelling. His films often incorporate a handmade aesthetic.
Kam Raoofi is a VR technician at the RCA with a background in computer game animation
Yejeong Ko is a first year Photography student at the RCA who is experimenting with 360°/VR
